Welcome to my new location! 3722 Carp Rd is the BIG RED HOUSE next to Ridge Rock Brewing. I am located on the 2nd floor.
Feel free to park in our driveway, on the street in front or across the street in the parking lot.
Cancellation Policy: Your appointment time is reserved just for you! As such, I require a minimum 24 hours notice for any cancellations or changes to your appointment. Please email samanthastorozukrmt@gmail.com to cancel or reschedule your appointment.
Patients who provide less than 24 hours notice will be charged a cancellation fee of 50% of the service fee, while those who don't show up for their appointment will be charged the full service fee.
I will also do my best to provide 24 hours notice in the event I have to cancel or reschedule your appointment.
